The Theopetra Estate Rosé from Tsilili Winery is a refined, modern rosé from the Meteora region of central Greece. It combines freshness with structure and subtle complexity, which sets it apart from lighter rosés. An elegant, gastronomic rosé with character.

Grapes & origin
Made from selected grape varieties, often based on Syrah and indigenous varieties such as Limniona, from vineyards around Theopetra, near the famous Meteora rocks. The climate and soils give balance and aromatic finesse.

Vinification
Short skin maceration for the delicate rosé colour, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. Sometimes a light ageing on the fine lees (sur lie) for extra roundness and structure.

Tasting notes
Pale salmon pink. On the nose aromas of strawberry, raspberry, rose petal and subtle herbs. On the palate fresh and elegant, with lively acidity, a fine structure and a dry, refined finish.

Serving tips
Serve at 9–11 °C. Delicious with grilled fish, shellfish, salads, light pasta, poultry or Mediterranean dishes. Also perfect as a stylish aperitif.

At its best within 2 to 3 years for optimum freshness and elegance.
