Mantinia – Tselepos Winery | Fresh, aromatic and elegant Moschofilero

The Mantinia from Tselepos Winery is a classic white wine from the PDO Mantinia appellation in the Peloponnese. Made from the aromatic Greek grape Moschofilero, it is known for its fresh acidity, floral aromas and refined elegance. A lively, characterful wine that suits Mediterranean cooking perfectly.

Grapes & origin
100% Moschofilero from high-altitude vineyards (around 600–700 m) in the Mantinia region. The cool mountain climate and limestone soils give aromatic intensity and fresh acidity.

Vinification
The grapes are carefully harvested and vinified in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. This preserves the fresh, aromatic qualities of the Moschofilero grape as fully as possible.

Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with green reflections. On the nose delicate aromas of rose petal, citrus, lime and white flowers. On the palate fresh and lively, with crisp acidity and an elegant, aromatic finish.

Serving tips
Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C. Delicious with salads, fish dishes, shellfish, light pasta or Mediterranean mezze. Also excellent as an aperitif.

Cellaring
At its best within 3 to 4 years to enjoy its fresh, aromatic style.
