The Demi-Sec Rosé from Boutari is a fresh, lightly sweet rosé with a refined and approachable character. It combines lively red fruit with a subtle sweetness, perfectly balanced by fresh acidity. Ideal for anyone who likes an elegant rosé with a soft edge.

Grapes & origin
Made from carefully selected red grape varieties from Greek vineyards, where sun and a cooling breeze give ripe aromas and natural freshness.

Vinification
Short skin maceration for the delicate rosé colour, followed by fermentation at low temperature. Fermentation is controlled to retain a little residual sweetness, giving the demi-sec (off-dry) style.

Tasting notes
Pale salmon pink. On the nose aromas of strawberry, raspberry and rose petal. On the palate soft and round, with fresh acidity that balances the subtle sweetness beautifully. Fruity, light and very easy to drink.

Serving tips
Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C. Delicious as an aperitif, with salads, spicy dishes, Asian food, light desserts or simply on the terrace.

Cellaring
At its best young — drink within 2 years for maximum freshness and fruit.
