Fresh, fruity and authentically Greek

Mostra White is a fresh, approachable Greek white wine in a handy 500 ml bottle. It is characterised by its lively fruit, soft character and pleasant freshness. An excellent choice as an aperitif or as a partner to Mediterranean cooking.

Grapes & origin

From selected Greek vineyards, where the sunny Mediterranean climate and cooling sea winds give grapes with lovely aromatic expression and fresh acidity. The wine is made from a harmonious blend of traditional Greek white varieties.

Vinification

The grapes are gently pressed straight after harvest. Fermentation takes place at a controlled low temperature in stainless steel tanks, to preserve the fresh fruit aromas and the natural elegance of the wine. There is no oak ageing, so its pure, fruity character comes through in full.

Tasting notes

Clear straw yellow with light green reflections. On the nose fresh aromas of citrus, green apple, white peach and subtle floral notes. The flavour is light, supple and fruity, with lively acidity and a fresh, clean finish.

Serving tips

Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C. Delicious as an aperitif or with grilled fish, seafood, Greek salads, chicken, light pasta, soft cheeses and Mediterranean mezze.

Cellaring

This wine is meant to be drunk young and is at its best within 1 to 2 years of harvest, when its fresh fruit aromas are at their peak.
