Fresh, fruity and summery Greek

Mostra Rosé is a fresh, approachable Greek rosé in a handy 500 ml bottle. It combines lively fruit aromas with a soft, refreshing flavour and is the ideal companion to sunny days, light meals and sociable drinks.

Grapes & origin

From selected Greek vineyards where the Mediterranean climate gives perfectly ripe grapes with plenty of aroma and natural freshness. The wine is made from a harmonious blend of traditional Greek varieties.

Vinification

After a short skin maceration the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a low, controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, which preserves the fresh fruit aromas and the clear rosé colour as fully as possible.

Tasting notes

Clear salmon pink. On the nose aromas of strawberry, raspberry, cherry and a hint of rose petal. The flavour is fresh, fruity and elegant, with a lovely balance between soft fruit tones and lively acidity. The finish is dry, supple and refreshing.

Serving tips

Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C. Delicious as an aperitif or with Greek salads, grilled prawns, fish, chicken, Mediterranean mezze, light pasta, pizza and summer barbecue dishes.

Cellaring

This rosé is meant to be drunk young and is at its best within 1 to 2 years of harvest, when its fresh fruit aromas are at their peak.
