Giorti White – Semeli Winery | Fresh, light and summery Greek
Giorti White from Semeli Winery is a fresh, approachable white wine from the Peloponnese. The name giorti means “celebration” in Greek, and this wine is made for exactly that: light, aromatic and perfect to enjoy together with a meal or as an aperitif.
Grapes & origin
Made from selected white grape varieties from vineyards in the Peloponnese, where the Mediterranean climate gives ripe aromas and lively freshness.
Vinification
The grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled low temperature. This preserves the fresh fruit aromas and the aromatic expression of the grapes as fully as possible.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with green reflections. On the nose aromas of citrus, green apple, peach and white flowers. On the palate fresh and light, with lively acidity and a soft, fruity finish.
Serving tips
Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C. Delicious with salads, fish dishes, shellfish, light pasta or Mediterranean mezze. Also perfect as an aperitif on a sunny day.

At its best within 2 to 3 years to enjoy its fresh, fruity style at its finest.
