Method

Preheat the oven to 170 °C.

Roughly cut the potatoes and onions.
- 3
Put all the ingredients on baking paper or in an oven dish.

Add the lemon juice, olive oil and oregano.
- 5
Scatter the feta over the dish.
- 6
Seal well with baking paper or foil.
- 7
Cook slowly for about 3 hours.
- 8
Remove the foil for the last 20 minutes for extra colour.
