Vassilitsa Manouri 200 g

Vassilitsa is a Greek producer making traditional cheeses with respect for craft and quality. This manouri comes from Greece and is produced as a by-product of feta, from sheep’s and goat’s milk. The cheese has a soft, creamy texture and a mild, lightly sweet taste. Manouri is less salty than feta and therefore perfectly suited to savoury and sweet dishes alike. Lovely in salads, on bread or as a dessert with honey and nuts. A refined and versatile cheese from the Greek kitchen.
