Mega Yeeros Vegan Keftedakia are plant-based meatballs inspired by traditional Greek cooking. Made with carefully selected vegan ingredients and seasoned with an authentic mix of Mediterranean herbs such as oregano, garlic and spices. The taste is rich and aromatic and recalls the classic keftedakia of Greek tavernas.
Cooking gives the balls a lightly crisp crust while they stay soft and juicy inside. Ideal as mezze, a snack or part of a meal with pita, salad and (vegan) tzatziki. A flavourful vegan reading of a much-loved Greek classic, with no compromise on authenticity.
Preparation
Oven: preheat to 200–220°C. Bake the vegan keftedakia for about 10 to 12 minutes until golden and hot through.
Storage
- Keep at -18°C.
- Do not refreeze after thawing.
- Heat through completely before eating.
