Mega Yeeros Chicken Souvlaki consists of tender pieces of chicken breast marinated to a traditional Greek recipe with Mediterranean herbs and spices. The skewers are ready prepared and ideal for the barbecue, grill, oven or frying pan. The authentic herb mix and juicy meat let you enjoy the taste of a real Greek taverna at home. Lovely in a pita with tzatziki, tomato and onion, or as a main course with chips, rice and a Greek salad.
Preparation
- Grill or barbecue: 8 to 10 minutes, turning regularly.
- Oven: about 12 to 15 minutes at 180–200°C.
- Frying pan: 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat.
Storage
- Keep at -18°C.
- Do not refreeze after thawing.
- Heat through completely before eating.
