Mega Yeeros Politiko Kebap is an authentic Greek meat speciality inspired by the famous cooking of Constantinople. These juicy kebabs are made from a balanced combination of beef and pork and refined with aromatic herbs and spices. Their characteristic long shape makes them ideal for the grill, the oven or the pan. Lovely in a warm pita with tzatziki, tomato and onion, and equally perfect as part of a generous mezze or as a main course with rice, chips or salad. A flavourful classic that brings together the rich traditions of Greek and eastern Mediterranean cooking.
Preparation
Oven: 180–200°C for 12 to 15 minutes.
Frying pan or grill: cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning regularly, until done through.
Storage
- Keep at -18°C.
- Do not refreeze after thawing.
- Heat through completely before eating.
