The Yellow Bourbon coffee of the Arabica variety is grown at over 1,000 metres and has a full body and a distinctive taste. That is why we selected it to create the Loumidis® Papagalos® single-variety 100% Arabica coffee.

The microclimate of the region where the coffee is grown gives every bean its own flavour characteristics. These are emphasised further by the natural honey process, in which the skin of the coffee cherry is removed and the bean dries under the warm tropical sun, creating a characteristic flavour profile.
