Jiotis crème pâtissière vanilla 117 g

Jiotis Crème Patisserie Vanilla (ΓΙΩΤΗΣ Κρέμα Ζαχαροπλαστικής) is a lovely, airy cream mix that gives you a creamy vanilla custard in minutes. Ideal for filling tarts, profiteroles, pastries and desserts, and equally lovely as a dessert in its own right. Its simple preparation and versatility make this classic JOTIS mix an indispensable aid for any home baker.

Preparation

Whisk the contents of the sachet for 5 minutes with 400 ml cold milk.

For a richer taste, replace 90 ml of the milk with 90 ml cream.

The prepared cream can be used straight away or combined with:

• Pieces of fruit such as strawberry, banana or peach
• Jam or Greek spoon sweet
• Chocolate, caramel or strawberry syrup
• Melted chocolate
• A dash of liqueur, such as cognac or Grand Marnier
• Yoghurt for a fresher taste
