Taste and use
This balsamic cream has a soft, full taste with subtle honey notes and a pleasant sweet-and-sour finish. Lovely over salads, grilled vegetables, cheeses, meat dishes and sandwiches. Also surprisingly good with fruit, yoghurt, ice cream and desserts.
Serving tip
Drizzle over feta, grilled halloumi or a salad with walnuts and pomegranate seeds. Also excellent as a finishing touch over strawberries, vanilla ice cream or Greek yoghurt.
