Dry red wine from Crete, Varieties: Kotsifali and Mandilaria Vineyards: On the foothills of the mountain slopes of northern Crete. Overlooking the Aegean sea. A color of ripe cherries; an aroma reminiscent of sweet prunes and plump raisins; medium bodied thanks to its freshness; the palate releases soft tannins with a strong sense of berries; a pleasantly lingering after-taste. Best served: Slightly chilled to 15 ̊-18 ̊C
